CDNThe3rd, one of the H1Z1 Invitational participants, gives us a look inside his Battle Royale strategy. 

We’ve got a slew of incredible Twitch streamers coming to duke it out in the H1Z1 Invitational this year, but before we hit the road to San Francisco, we want to introduce you to a few of the people who will be joining us at TwitchCon. First up is CDNThe3rd.

CDNThe3rd has been playing Battle Royale for a while now and is in a good position to make it far at the event.

While he is a fierce competitor in Battle Royale, he also has a hilarious style to his play. He has the uncanny ability to get people to go along with just about anything. Recently, he managed to get a ton of players to cooperate in a “no kill” Battle Royale. They made it all the way to the top of the mountain peacefully. But in Battle Royale, things can’t stay calm forever… No need for me to explain what happened; watch it for yourself right here.

We asked CDNThe3rd some key questions about his particular style of Battle Royale play. Here’s what he had to say:

What is your weapon of choice in Battle Royale? 

AK all Day! 

Where is the best place to land your parachute?

Wherever there's an office building, preferably near a vehicle.

What attracted you to streaming Battle Royale?

The Booty-clenching edge-of-your-seat, suspenseful game-play of course. 

What is your first reaction when you see another player in a vehicle?

Must be nice… 

Do you have a clothing skin you apply every time?

Orange/Black Hoodie, USA Bandana and Gloves, Googly-eye glasses, Leather Tights, Cheetah Boots, and Rasta Backpack. 

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen happen in the Box of Destiny?

100 Non-Factors jumping on each others’ heads World War Z-style and escaping. 

Are you a lone wolf or do you try and team up?

Solo Dolo ALL DAY! 

What is your go-to strategy?

Land as quickly as possible, loot what I can, eliminate any threat before they get decent loot of their own. Loot up, traverse through carefully using cover and third person view to my advantage listen for shots and clean up.
