TAKE YOUR SHOT

The H1Z1 Invitational is a frenzied kill-or-be-killed spectacle, in which every player has one goal in mind: be the last one standing. Last year at TwitchCon, the prize pool reached over $173,000 USD, awarding the winners Ninja (Game 1) and Mr. Grimmmz (Game 2) $19,932 USD each. Since H1Z1: King of the Kill is nearly as fun to watch as it is to play, the 2015 H1Z1 Invitational gathered over 140k concurrent viewers on Twitch, as well as a packed, standing-room-only on-site arena. Check out the recap video to see how it played out last year.

If you want a piece of the action, find out how you can get involved with our Road to TwitchCon qualifier events. And remember to tune in to watch broadcasters from Twitch and YouTube, as well as community members, battle it out for a chance to wear the crown. View Official Rules

The Road to TwitchCon

Think you have what it takes to play in the Invitational? Here’s how you could earn a seat in the tournament.

Team Echo Fox

Echo Fox has partnered with video game world record database Twin Galaxies to assemble a team of the four most skilled players to represent them at TwitchCon. Based on analysis of multiple King of the Kill leaderboards, Echo Fox will be looking at all placings across all of the leaderboards to evaluate overall skill and play style. Think you should be a part of the team? Get yourself on the leaderboards, as players not on the leaderboards won’t be considered.

    #TakeYourShot Contest

This competition was almost as tough as the Invitational is sure to be! After receiving tons of videos, the panel of judges sat and reviewed them all, and they agreed on one submission that embodied creativity, solid presentation, and – most importantly – in-game skill. Congratulations to Pineaqples! You’re headed to TwitchCon for the 2016 H1Z1 Invitational!
